Dubbo 3.0.4 java.util.List反序列化失败

### Environment

* Dubbo version: 3.0.4
* Operating System version: MAC OS Monterey
* Java version: all

### Steps to reproduce this issue

1. 服务消费者传List参数
2. 请求服务提供者
3. 服务提供者反序列化失败

### Expected Behavior


直接使用Hessian2Output和Hessian2Input进行序列化与反序列也会报错
原因是com.alibaba.com.caucho.hessian.io.CollectionDeserializer的readObject没有实现
