Steps to reproduce this issue

org.apache.dubbo.common.extension.ExtensionLoader#createExtension, there is no postProcessBeforeInitialization method called, i want know why?

If it should be fixed in this way

    instance = (T) wrapperClass.getConstructor(type).newInstance(instance);
    instance = postProcessBeforeInitialization(instance, name);
    injectExtension(instance);
    instance = postProcessAfterInitialization(instance, name);
}

Yes, I am willing to fix it. I am currently learning Dubbo and initially thought it might be due to other reasons that this method was not called here
