What's the feature are you trying to implement?

During the community sync, we discussed creating a tracking issue for integrations between pyiceberg and iceberg-rust. Here are the current list of possible integrations

• Use the Avro readers from Iceberg-Rust in PyIceberg #1280
• PyIceberg-Core: Push down Parquet reading to Iceberg-Rust #1144
• Pluggable Scan Planning iceberg-python#2303
