need to refactor org.apache.logging.log4j.core.config.json.JsonConfigurationFactory & org.apache.logging.log4j.core.config.json.JsonConfiguration or create new ones

Closing as not planned for 2.x: that line targets Java 8, while Jackson 3 requires Java 17, so they’re incompatible. The Jackson 3 migration is already complete for 3.x (see #3701). Thanks for the issue report!
