Double protected (but async handled) CollocatedTempFile

### Bug description

Places:
* basic connector
* transport (most often JDK transport)

Basic already creates collocated temp file, and out of that transport creates another, but basic my finish (usually due failure) sooner, and cleans up, causing havoc in transport. Simply put, collocated temp files should not be "chained".
