migrating flexjs

Migration of existing projects from FlexJS to Royale requires a few steps. The path and uri references must be changed from flex and flexjs to royale. Some additional code and references must be changed as well. Build scripts and environment variables will likely need to be changed too.
If you are using a Mac, you can use this convenience script to rename your project.
