Use a nicely formatted export filename for CSV, Excel, and ZIP files (including files inside the ZIP).

Hi Superset Community,

I would like to request that the community use the same naming pattern for all export formats, similar to how image exports are named.

When I click download and export a chart as an image, I get a nicely formatted name.
However, when I export the chart as CSV or Excel, the file name follows a different format. It should follow the same pattern as the image export.

Additionally, when I download a ZIP file, both the ZIP file and the files inside have inconsistent or unclear names.
