Extend the ability to customize the elements of "Evolution" charts to all Echarts

Version 6.1 has integrated an "ECharts Options (JS object literals)" field in most of the "Evolution" charts from the UI ("bar chart", "area chart", "generic chart", "line chart", "mixed chart" and "smooth chart"). This allows you to customize all the elements of the chart: the font sizes, their colors, the number of axes, their colors, their thicknesses, the number of X-coordinate and vertical values...

I think this could be a small revolution in the history of Superset if this field were extended to all ECharts... Including of course the "Pie Chart", "Histogram", KPI...
