Superset 6.1.0 aggrid server side filtering popup alignment issue

I'm using Superset 6.1.0 Aggrid table v2 . When I try to filter the column data using server side filtering, the filter search box popup alignment is not positioned near to incolumn filter button and its positioned somewhere in the middle of the table. Tried to override using css, no luck. Kindly suggest any workaround to fix this issue.
