Failed to save slice for visualisations

Hi,

I am running Superset 6.1.0 via the latest Docker image. I am running this against a PostgreSQL backend (set up that way from the start). I can create/edit tabular Charts, but trying to save a Chart which uses a visualisation always errors with the "Failed to save slice" message. I do not see anything being logged related to that in the service logs. In the Chart set up screen, the data is visualised properly with no errors, just not able to save the chart (regardless of whether it is new or modified).

Any ideas on what the issue might be? I saw some old questions related to this, but they were for much older versions of superset...
