Would appreciate a review on my first Apache Superset contribution - PR #41505

Hi everyone! This is my first contribution to Apache Superset.

I've submitted a PR fixing issue #41452 (X-axis time labels incorrect
for sub-hour time grains in ECharts time-series charts).

The fix is in formatters.ts where sub-hour time grains (Minute,
5 Minutes, 15 Minutes, 30 Minutes, Second) were incorrectly collapsing
all timestamps within the same hour to show identical labels.
