Per our discussion in the lecture today, please do the following:

• Design a scan-based regex operator. An example is https://github.com/TextDB/textdb/blob/master/textdb/textdb-dataflow/src/test/java/edu/uci/ics/textdb/dataflow/regexmatch/RegexMatcherTest.java#L50
  ISourceOperator sourceOperator = new ScanBasedSourceOperator(dataDirectory, schema);
  sourceOperator.open();
  regexMatcher = new RegexMatcher(predicate, sourceOperator);
  Notice that it's just an example, and you don't have to use this way exactly.
• Come up with a few good test cases.
• Create a PR based on the above changes.
• Update this issue with your progress.
