Move project to use npm and GitHub Actions
We were on yarn v1, but let's move to npm so it's easier to manage the different Node.js projects.
Use GitHub Actions while I'm updating things so most of our projects use the same CI.
Update Husky to version 9
Migrate to the new setup. Not that you should probably clean up your
.git/hooks/pre-commitfile and remove the husky files in.git/hooks/when updating.Bump Node.js to version 24 on CI
I updated the project Node.js version to 24 in an earlier commit so let's make sure the local environment and the CI are using the same Node.js version.
