Repository Guidelines, Code of Conduct, and Issue/PR Templates

MewUI now has formal repository participation guidelines.

The following documents and templates have been added or updated:

• Code of Conduct
• Contributing Guidelines
• Issue templates
• Pull request template

These documents and templates define how issues, discussions, and pull requests should be used in this repository.

Please read the Code of Conduct and Contributing Guidelines before opening new issues, discussions, or pull requests.

In particular:

• Bug reports should use the bug report template and include enough information to reproduce the issue.
• Behavior changes, API proposals, and design proposals should use the proposal template.
• Small bug fixes can usually be submitted directly as pull requests.
• Behavior changes should first be discussed through an Issue or Discussion.
• New architecture, new abstractions, new public APIs, or changes with long-term maintenance impact require prior agreement before opening a pull request.
• Each issue or pull request should stay focused on one topic.
• Repeated, duplicate, off-topic, or disruptive comments may be closed, hidden, consolidated, or moderated.

These rules are intended to keep the project focused, lightweight, and maintainable while still allowing constructive contributions.

Going forward, repository moderation and contribution review will follow these guidelines. Issues, discussions, or pull requests that do not follow them may be redirected, closed, hidden, locked, or deferred depending on the situation.
