[FEATURE] Add filtering options to the Project page

Summary

Difficult to navigate to the correct project.

Problem

The Projects page displays a long list of repositories. With a large response set it will be difficult to locate the correct project.

Proposed Solution

Solution will be introduce a filter button that will allow user to quickly refine the list.
