Description
Summary
I’d like to suggest enhancing the sidebar by making it expandable when hovered and collapsible when not in use. This feature will improve both the user interface and user experience by providing a more interactive and space-efficient design.
Problem
In the current design, the sidebar works as intended — users can manually expand or collapse it by clicking the arrow icon. However, this click-based interaction adds an extra step whenever users want to view the sidebar labels. Although not a functional issue, it slightly disrupts the navigation flow, especially for users who frequently switch between sections.
Proposed Solution
Enhance the sidebar to automatically expand on hover and collapse when the cursor leaves, eliminating the need for a manual click. This feature would create a smoother, more intuitive user experience and improve navigation efficiency across the dashboard.
