Proto 0.57.0 shipped with updated starbase dependencies (starbase_archive 0.13.1, starbase_utils 0.13.2). Remove the workaround pin to test whether Node 24 installs correctly on Windows Server 2025 with the latest proto. Ref: moonrepo/proto#1006 Signed-off-by: Rhuan Barreto <rhuan@barreto.work>
