Multi-machine account sync for codex-auth.

What's new

• codex-auth export — dump all accounts as JSON to stdout
• codex-auth import [--overwrite] — import accounts from JSON on stdin
• codex-auth push <host> [--overwrite] — push accounts to a remote host via SSH (no codex-auth needed on remote)

Usage

# Push to any VPS in one command
codex-auth push my-vps

# Or pipe between machines
codex-auth export | ssh vps 'codex-auth import'
