Please remove my name from library.properties maintainer field

I am no longer maintaining Arduino's Ethernet library.  I was maintaining it years ago, for the 2.0.0 release.  My access to this repository was revoked when Arduino's policies changed.  But the library.properties file never got updated.

Of course, anyone is welcome to copy & use the copy I am maintaining.  It can be found from my Gihhub profile.
