Add EEPROM library repository to Arduino Libraries GitHub page

Please add the Arduino EEPROM v2.0 library to https://github.com/arduino-libraries. This will make it easier for Arduino IDE 1.0.x users to upgrade to the new library.

I'm closing this because I understand now that EEPROM library is hardware specific so it makes more sense to leave it at https://github.com/arduino/ArduinoCore-avr/tree/master/libraries/EEPROM.

Also, Arduino IDE 1.0.x is not as commonly used anymore.
