bug: it is not possible to add the `Arduino Cloud` brick into a newly created app

Description

To reproduce:

1. Start Arduino App Lab.
2. Create a new App.
3. Click the icon to add a Brick to the new App.
   The "Add App Brick" dialog will open.
4. Select "Arduino Cloud" from the list of Bricks in the dialog.
5. Click the "Create" button.

🐛 Nothing at all happens.

When I perform the same procedure, but select any other Brick at step (4), when I click the "Create" button at step (5), the "Add App Brick" dialogue closes, and the brick has been added to my App. (edited)

The internal error is:

ERROR Unable to parse the app.yaml error="required variable \"ARDUINO_DEVICE_ID\" is mandatory"
