Cannot get Sonoff Zigbee Bridge Pro into Flash Mode

I am unable to flash the sonoff zbridge pro using a DollaTEk CH340G UART Serial Adapter Module.

I think the device doesnt go into flash mode.

I connected the

Tx -> RX

RX -> TX

3V3 -> 3V3

GND -> GND + GPI00

But tasmota doesnt recognize the device at all:
Failed to initalize. Try resetting your device or holding the boot button while clicking install.

Any help would be highly apreciated.

I used the same wiring as you. Maybe try with different adapter?

i also ordered this one but sadly its also not working...
I'll exchange the bridge...
