Config not saving

Hello I have 4 Relay x 8 ESP 32 rand 2 Relay x 2 running under [Tasmota 15.1.0 (release-tasmota32) par Theo Arends]
They all work fine.
I wanted to add a Relay X 2 and firstly the isntaller looks strange as there is no possibility to identify a realease but a drop down list of hundreds of "commit"
I filtered Release
And ended up with [Tasmota 15.4.0.2 (ee0748a-tasmota32) installed
This where things went wrong when I added the following template (copied from my previuous configs of relay x 2)

Previously everything worked directly, now I have a list that looks like the template but keeps not saving randomly.

Any clue about what is the cause?

About the installer - you got latest development build installed then, which should be no problem. If you instead want a release build, select that in the "Filter by type" radio buttons. Then the dropdown with the commits only lists release builds by date. However, when you got 15.4.0.2, you did not filter it that way.

Without any details, but instead the vague "but keeps not saving randomly", you provided no clues to guess what may be happening.

Assuming that your device is https://templates.blakadder.com/ESP32_Relay_X2.html - I do notice that the template repository page has two different templates for the device, probably to indicate two different versions, with the 2nd one likely the newer. Looks like your previous one is the older variant instead, matching the template you posted.

Thank you for your reply.
Let me give some more details.

In the Configuration Menu you have several options
The first one is Module, which with Tasmota 15.1.0 came with no specific options, and with the newer version came with the list of all GPIO
If I select GPIO 16 and 17 as relays thens works fine and it is displayed in the main menu.

If I add GPIO 04 as DS18x20 (DS18B20) then the confifiguations doesn't save and after restarting all GPIO are unallocated???

Moreover, when I add the GPIO 04 as a sensor then the Main menu isn't dosplaying any more the Relays???

I tried with GPIO 21 same result the two relays disappear from the main menu...
