What determines update time for Zigbee Tasmota Devices?

I have a Sonoff Zigbee Pro bridge and a bunch of devices. Some of them update very frequently while others seem to take a long time between updates - see the screenshot below. What determines the update frequency and can you change this?

Each end device decides when it wants to use power on transmitting something, and you may be able to send commands to configure. As an example:
ZbSend {"Device":"Ikea-Vindstyrka","Config":{"Temperature":{"MinInterval":300,"MaxInterval":3600,"ReportableChange":2}}}

Following the detailed log when pairing a device, you can often see auto-bind messages with such config commands.

Thanks. I looked in the docs (https://tasmota.github.io/docs/Zigbee/) and it mentions ReportableChange, but it does not describe the units of the parameter. What does the "ReportableChange":2 signify? Report when the temperature changes by 2 degrees or more? And is Interval in seconds? So 300 is equivalent to 5 minutes.

I agree that this part could be more documented. There are many options from the Zigbee ZCL standard. For once, I would suggest to do a first run with Claude and propose augmented documentation.

Thanks - do you know what the parameter is for ReportableChange? When you are configuring a temperature would the units be degrees Celsius (or degrees Kelvin for that matter)?

Normally temperature are described in Celsius in a range -200 +200 in an int16 value.

With the SNZB-02 example from the docs having auto-bind with "Config":{"Temperature":{"MinInterval":30,"MaxInterval":3600,"ReportableChange":0.5}, at least that device and attribute probably has it as a float in degrees with decimals, in same unit as the temperature. However, other devices or attributes may be handling it differently.

Hence, you can have no always-valid expectation for what units are used. Still, I'd expect MinInterval and MaxInterval normally being seconds. Of course, if you try a setting, you can see what change level is reported, especially if starting low.
