Feature Request: add call for "Get Resource"

I'd like to be able to access the full Resource definition of any resource in the Application's tree. Currently, there is a call for the "Get Managed Resources" endpoint.

I'd like to see a call for the Get Resource endpoint as well, so unmanaged resources in the tree can also be inspected.

Please let me know if I'm missing something!

It would be preferable to have a single API that returns the live state of all resources not just a specific one.
So, getResources with the possibility to filter by a specific resource. In this case the only state returned should be the live state.
