v1.17.7

Adopts Cursor Pstack 0.15.35, commit ab1f702ce8e8b6557edb56b09f52cde8bfb83f17, in the shared Codex/Claude package. PR #176 records validation and exclusions. The batch crosses only Cursor patch versions; the independent distribution advances from 1.17.6 to 1.17.7.

Adds Statechart's final typed compiler and manual Ketchup Video. Fixes fork-aware PR discovery, explicit-deadline sleep caps, inline-code delimiters and GNU transcript dates. Adapts Sharpen, Interrogate, Reflect and workflow guidance while preserving configured models, efforts, recovery/spending rules, verifier gates and linear stacks. README and released Arena behavior are unchanged.

All 23 new source decisions are final; the previous 62 decisions are preserved. Tag-pinned adaptations and exclusions describe retained host boundaries. Formal-verification creation and maintenance first shipped in 1.17.6; this release connects generated TLA+ skills to Statechart.

Validation: parent Bun 1,008 passed, zero failed; Statechart 367 passed, zero failures or skips with actual pinned Temurin/TLC and headless Pele. Both real hosts ran generated Door skills, baseline/fault/restored/final engine controls and actual Python counterexample replay. Both rendered silent landscape videos with independently measured source-frame holds and readable subtitles. Fresh final-head isolated Codex installation verified all 650 files. Exact native/CI/review identities and the released package hash are recorded in the PR.

Limits: generation and registration were supervised. Claude completed observed controls but was interrupted before final delivery; no complete receipt is claimed. Codex loading evidence is indirect. Models are finite; sampled conformance does not prove arbitrary code or liveness. Native video failures, parent measurement correction and Claude rerender remain disclosed. Reflect postapproval copying, full panels, automatic selection, Deno/mise and native SVG output remain unverified. No UI or OS-confinement claim. Historical Node/worker failures remain in #141; inherited missing-reader audit classification remains in #175.

Rollback: v1.17.6, commit 9086657cb08d544f9e315c1b5074cac901331447. Existing tags are never moved. This rollout updates Codex while preserving the unpinned arjitj2 fork-main source and saved model assignments; Claude's installation is preserved.

Independent review notes include a label overlap in one test-video diagram and indirect manual-video loading evidence. Raw validation logs remain private.

Tested release checkpoint: b654aebbacdf4f6ba24ee19e468588ee3334dc46; package tree b81899dbdb846b42355a329257abd1dcc0020360; all 650 installed files verified in a fresh private transaction. Merged-checkpoint CI passed. Independent exact-head verdict and validation detail are in PR176.
