ArrayFire Windows Dependencies link broken

Hi, I am compiling arrayfire for windows using CUDA 9.1 for my project but run into a problem when trying to download the windows dependencies on this page (https://github.com/arrayfire/arrayfire-windows-scripts) and couldn't find them anywhere else.
