First public release.

• OMP extension — extensions/dsh-task: seven dsh_* tools, the relay script that delivers worker questions and results into chat as native messages, /dvibe director mode, orphan watchdog.
• bridge-core — tools/dsh-bridge: detached argv spawn, run registry, Envelope v1, steer channel, owner lease and reaping. Node ≥ 22, no runtime dependencies.
• Resume plugin — plugins/dsh-headless-resume: --resume and Envelope v1 for the DSH headless profile.

366 tests without an installed DSH plus 81 for the resume plugin; strict tsc and Biome in CI.

Experimental: the interfaces are frozen in docs/contracts/, but nothing here has been through a public release cycle yet.
