Lean workers: spawned dsh runs can start at ~4k context tokens instead of ~13-15k.

• DSH_WORKER_PATCH — when set in the omp session environment, both bridge runners (runDsh sync, startDsh async) prepend --patch <path> to the dsh argv. Point it at a lean overlay (13 plugins off + worker persona) and a delegated run carries tools it uses instead of the full global composition (measured on DSH 0.2.0-rc.2: 46 tools/11.2k tokens of descriptions down to 17/3.4k, 45 skills to 0).
• dsh-task env forwarding — the extension previously swallowed the session env, so no environment flag could ever reach the spawned dsh. Both startDsh call sites now forward { ...process.env }; the bridge still applies its own allowlist on top.
• Tests — 3 new bridge cases (async appends --patch, async omits it unset, sync appends), bridge suite 167 pass; strict tsc and Biome green.

v0.1.1

Two fixes since v0.1.0; the resume plugin now runs on DSH 0.1.5+ and 0.2.

• Resume plugin — DSH 0.1.5 dropped Session.events, so plugins/dsh-headless-resume crashed with events is not iterable and the envelope silently lost its model. The session journal is now read through seq/eventAt, with a fallback for older releases. DSH 0.2 refuses a plugin whose @deepseek-ai/dsh* peer ranges exclude the runtime, which disabled the headless runner and left runs hanging; the plugin now declares 0.2.0-rc.2.
• bridge-core — pollRun could report a finished run as completed with exitCode: null while its registry entry was still settling (seen on 2-vCPU CI runners). It now waits for the entry within the same grace period, both in-process and for runs owned by another process.
• Docs — an animated SVG architecture diagram, short glosses for oh-my-pi and DSH, a CI badge, AGENTS.md with the repository agent instructions (imported by CLAUDE.md), and the DSH 0.2 pitfalls in docs/dsh-update-checklist.md.

370 tests without an installed DSH plus 88 for the resume plugin, run against DSH 0.2.0-rc.2; strict tsc and Biome in CI.

Experimental: the interfaces are frozen in docs/contracts/, but nothing here has been through a public release cycle yet.
