Clear cache method

When you make a GET http request to this api, permissions cache would be reloaded fresh from database.

Usage:

1 - Clear all caches:

url: .../api/AbpCache/ClearAll
method: POST
json data: {
password: "123qweasdZXC"
}

2 - Clear specified caches:

url: .../api/AbpCache/Clear
method: POST
json data: {
password: "123qweasdZXC",
caches: ["cache-name-1","cache-name-2",...]
}

Password can be changed using SettingManager. The setting name is defined in ClearCacheSettingNames.Password contstant.
