TTF Error

Hi

Whenever i try to run this program, i got an error TTF Error,

Hi @Jasnoor1,

Try to follow next steps and let us know if it's working:

1. sudo su
2. activate your environment . <env_name>/bin/activate
3. python manage.py collectstatic
4. exit
5. python manage.py runserver

Thanks for providing me the solution it just solved now stuck with another issue....
while exporting it into pdf i am getting this error.

This seems to be an issue related to your OS rather than application. On Ubuntu I don't have this problem, so try to download the missing font https://www.wfonts.com/font/freesans. Have a try 😉

I tried it didnot solve the problem can u please let me know in windows what fonts should i try to have a look for this functionality.

You'd need to look for FreeSansBold and FreeSans and how to install them in Windows. On the other hand you could make a change in pdf_utils.py on all places that are using fontName and use another font that is working for your OS.
