Garmin has support for strength exercises. It can track muscles used, aerobic and aerobic improvement, heart rate during each set etc. It would be great if we could get the integration working with liftosaur.https://www.reddit.com/r/liftosaur/s/qT8UAjPhY0 contains some possible third party integrations but an inbuilt native option would be amazing.
