Choice of license #1
Description
I'm not 100% certain what license we should add to these files, please advise. For code we usually go with BSD, but for these datasets I'm not sure given that many are already been published in the astronomy literature.
Currently only the bare minimum of files are added where their original location don't exists any more.
One was hosted at @jakevdp's the other at B Sesar's UW pages, and many more still live at @ivezic's staff homepage.
