Cannot run Python

Just installed Atom and the Script library.
When I tried to run python code, the following error appeared:
Python was not found but can be installed from the Microsoft Store: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink?linkID=2082640
I did what everyone would do and installed Python, but the problem is still there...
Already tried to run Atom through command prompt (as suggested in the library site), but the problem keeps going.
