Feature request: ZigBee example

This might not be the right place, but:

A go-to example showing how to communicate via ZigBee with AtomVM (or Erlang/BEAM ecosystem in general) would be helpful.
Ideally including:

• all device types (router, coordinator, end device)
• recommended hardware

Davide said yesterday at CodeBEAM:

• open an issue as feature request, to make this request visible to be prioritized
• there are currently no bindings (editor's note: I assume he meant no C bindings for zigbee drivers)

So for this issue to get the attention it deserves I think starting a “Discussion” in the main AtomVM repo is probably the best place. The examples here are designed to work with a release image of AtomVM (or no external drivers/libraries). Zigbee support would be very good, but should likely be implemented as an add-on driver, like atomvm/atomvm_lora, any examples for downstream drivers should be included in the driver repo.
