This PR adds support for the upcoming support for OTP applications in AtomVM. The PR allows users to create OTP applications that run in AtomVM, without having to implement a start entry point, making applications more modular and re-usable. This is an opt-in feature, and does add some overhead to AtomVM applications, so it may not be suitable for all users.
