Aura3D 4.7.15
Pre-release
Pre-release
Superseded. This version is deprecated. Upgrade to Aura3D 4.7.18.
- Aura Links 3D: the Meshy golfer's swing now reads as a golf swing. In 4.7.14 the arms were pulled flat across a front-facing chest at the top of the backswing (shoulders turned 52 degrees against hips of 20, both arms across the sternum, hands splayed). The Meshy-only solve in
swingMath.tsnow turns the shoulders and hips together (86 and 44 degrees at the top), drives each arm with two-bone IK limited to 3-150 degrees of elbow flexion with chest-relative elbow poles, sets the forearm roll so the palms face each other, shifts weight and lifts the trail heel at the finish; the hands finish 0.16 m above the lead shoulder.?golfer=oldis untouched (a test pins it). Checked with offline stick-figure sheets (tests/reports/golfer-swing/, toolapps/showcase-aura-links-3d/scripts/golfer-swing-sheet.ts) and a remote software-WebGL2 capture of the backswing; the Meshy hand has no finger bones, so the hands still read as open mittens.
Known limits
- Everything under 4.7.11 to 4.7.14 stands. The game camera cuts away right after impact, so the follow-through is only briefly on screen.
