looks good, we should probably also make a note about this in the deployment guide, I'll have a look at where to incorporate it.

Use case: Trigger CodePipeline with a new source each time a github release is created (state of repo should be at the commit in the associated with the release)
The Release event will need to be enabled in GitHub web hooks.
