pubsub.py removed => automatic connection kit doesn't work

Describe the bug

Commit f2cf627 removed the file samples/pubsub.py. However, the automatic Connection Kit creation in AWS IoT -> Connect -> Connect One Device relies on the file to be existent in its start.sh script.

Regression Issue

Expected Behavior

The automatic Connection Kit works of the box.

Current Behavior

The automatic Connection Kit produces an error due to the missing file.

Reproduction Steps

Try onboarding a device an run the connection kit out of the box.

Possible Solution

Recreate samples/pubsub.py or point the automatic connection kit to a different resource.

We have noticed the issue and is working on it.
As a quick workaround, please update the script to use samples/mqtt/mqtt5_x509.py instead of samples/pubsub.py.
