`cp -p` fails with the following error on Ubuntu 24: ``` STDERR: cp: preserving permissions for ‘/local/home/ubuntu/.ssh/authorized_keys’: Operation not supported ``` Signed-off-by: Hanwen <hanwenli@amazon.com>
