Module 'subprocess' in python 2.6.6 used by current CentOS6 AMI does not support check_output() function introduced with python 2.7. Function __runCommand() has been reimplemented to use subprocess Popen function and get stdout and stderr. Signed-off-by: Maurizio Melato <mmelato@amazon.com>
