Signature does not match when Body contains an emoji

Just so you know, I had this error when the body of my request contained an emoji,
Using @aws-sdk/client-s3 on Node JS.

My fix was to base64 encode the Body

If I remove the lines with jsBase64.encode, it will not work. Encoded json contains an emoji

I was running into this Emoji Signature bug with v4 of the aws-sdk, but was able to work around it by first converting the JSON string into a Blob and passing that to to Body of PutObjectCommand
