chore: move types from types/ folder to dist/types

Issue

Follow-up to:

• chore(packages): use types as a declarationDir #1938
• fix: allow packages/types in gitignore #1942
• test failures in fix(clients): generate jest.config.js #2172

Description

This PR moves types to dist folder for the following reasons so that only dist folder can be ignored in:

• .gitignore - ensuring that types folder in rest of the code is not ignored by git, fixed in fix: allow packages/types in gitignore #1942
• jest config - types doesn't have to be explicitly ignored in fix(clients): generate jest.config.js #2172

The dist folder already contains cjs and es folders which contains commonjs and es output. the types folder will now contain types.
