Description
This removes the client api snapshot from the api validation script. This is because clients are updated by codegen, and the api snapshot is not integrated with those types of automated changes, creating diffs when developers rebase or pull main.
The API snapshot validation will continue for packages/lib, but should be replaced by a TypeScript analyzer in the future.
See https://api-extractor.com/ which we are already using for docs.
