Release Timing for python 3.10.2 support?

Any chance of a release being cut sometime in the near future that incorporates the changes from #1074? Many users on 3.10 will likely be wanting to upgrade to 3.10.2 in light of the emergency release for the memory leak found in python 3.10 and 3.10.1. Wrangler is the last dependency blocking me currently.

Hi @jmahlik we do plan to include this into 3.14.0 release next week
