Description of changes:
wr.athena.read_sql_queryhas CTAS as an option, but it does not support bucketing. Bucketing may be used, among other things, to make athena produce exactly one output file that can be read without result ordering concerns.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache 2.0 license.
