First release. Prebuilt tarball (no install-time build step):

29 bounded, reproducible tools across JSON / text / data / encoding / inspection, each returning a { result, meta } receipt. Verified with tsc --noEmit, 27 assembled-path tests, and a built-artifact smoke test.
