Call of Fire question marks not shown

Current Behaviour

In 2 phases of Call of fire quest series the question mark doesn't show up on the minimap neither above the head of Tuluun and Prophet Velen (on the world map, it does show up though). These quests are Call of fire 1 and Call of fire 2.

One of my friend experienced the same thing with Dendrite Starblaze while doing the quest Moonglade. (I have no screen shots of this).

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

The question mark should be visible on the field of view and on the minimap as well.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Get the quest Call of fire.

2. Go to Tuluun.

3. See the question mark missing.

4. Get the quest Call of fire.

5. Go to Prophet Velen.

6. See the question mark missing.

7. Get the quest Moonglade.

8. Go to Dendrite Starblaze.

9. See the question mark missing.
