Bug: github-buttons is not responsive, take half space of mobile screen.

It's not ideal to use github-buttons on mobile device, the buttons make the screen half blank:

Maybe should consider hide on mobile.

@azu I'm new to this Gitbook plugins development, could you give me some hints of where should I start? I have read the Gitbook Toolchain documents, and still not quite clear.

I want to add a CSS class for 'mobile-hidden', so it will hide the element if it's on mobile. Could you tell me how should add such CSS class definition?

I know I can add add file to /assets folder, and it seems like the file be under plugin folder in the generated website. But how to load the style file?

Or maybe there is another way? any idea?
