Purpose of approve button in code review

Just curious on the purpose of this button or am I missing anything?
I find it meaningless in clicking the button, it's just an extra turn without meaningful progress. For me personally, if the diff is fine, I just close the browser tab and tell the agent to commit directly.

Yeah, I mean I guess the purpose is just a quick way to exit out and tell the agent you approve. There is an integrated feature though with GitHub where approval means adding your approval stamp to the GitHub PR
